When infused it deals 1609 golded on the maelstrom bar, but when you swap to main bar, it goes down to 1341 again. So in a way the extra stamina gain is really only +1000, when comparing running Low Slash + Maelstrom vs other generic Puncture + 1H/Shield setups. Honestly the biggest drawback is simply that Puncure costs 1000 less stamina than Low Slash in the first place. The Perfected versions drop when completing the arena on Veteran difficulty. When you use the staff, extra light attack damage is 1341 golded, on both maelstrom and main bars. Its an Ok backbar set for some PvP stambuilds. Master's weapons are available by defeating the last boss of the Dragonstar Arena on Normal difficulty. All weapons bear a different Tier 5 Racial Style. Master's Weapons are a special weapon set that drops in the Dragonstar Arena.
